As Director of Customer Journeys you will lead and develop the team responsible for all our existing customers, with clear focus on accelerating growth through up- and cross-selling and to ensure we continuously present and deliver clear and tangible business value for each Customer.
We are looking for an experienced and commercially proven director that can be a strategic executive advisor to prioritized customers and lead the change in designing and managing Customer Journeys that deliver on our growth objectives and align with Cegal’s strategic vision. You’ll be empowered to think strategically, collaborate globally, and shape the digital transformation journeys for leading energy organizations. As Director Customer Journey you will be accountable for:
- Cegal’s up-selling & cross-selling
- Designing, managing and driving the portfolio of Customer Journeys according to Cegal’s overall strategy
- Foster a commercial and customer-oriented mindset and encourage actions leading to closing of new contracts with added business value as the key driver
- Manage and drive a global pipeline (1-3-5 years perspective) with YoY target increase for all customer with dedicated Customer Journey.
- Alignment of initiatives to ensure ONE Cegal towards Customers
- Efficiently land, adopt, expand and renew our products and services by acting as a strategic advisor providing tangible business value to our Customers
- Present, explain and align financial Customer Journey numbers and overall portfolio status for all strategic accounts
Who are you?
You are a proactive and innovative leader with a strong commercial mindset and excellent track-record. You have the ability to understand and evaluate customers' needs as well as to foster innovative solutions by driving collaborative discussions and actions. To thrive and succeed in this role you should:
- Have domain knowledge from the energy sector (oil & gas, power and renewables)
- Have commercial leadership experience from both cloud technology and consulting organizations
- Be highly skilled at defining and executing on customer strategies and plans
- Have international experience
- Have a proven track record of driving large tenders into successful wins
- Be market oriented with a data driven and analytical skillset
- Have positive people & collaboration skills and ability to create followership
- Be curious by nature and motivated by both learning and teaching
- Have great presentations skills and storytelling abilities, with experience presenting to CxOs and board level executives
