As our Senior Bid Manager, you will be accountable for winning key tenders and will play a pivotal role in our global success. Your deep familiarity with the energy sector's dynamics and proactive approach will enable you to address client requirements effectively, by tailoring our tender deliveries and position our solutions to meet their needs.

As the Senior Bid Manager, you will be accountable for:​ 

  • Driving appointed tenders into successful wins in compliance with Cegal’s tender processes 
  • Gather and develop information required for proper qualification of appointed tenders 
  • Defining and driving actions related to appointed tenders win strategy 
  • Contribute to risk tracking and management throughout the bid process 
  • Supporting all Business Units and countries globally  

 

What is expected of our new Senior Bid Manager?

 

  • Provide input to the bid qualification (bid go / no go) process for new appointed opportunities 
  • Strong ability to bring clarity on customer need & specific tender requirements including clarity on Customer’s selection criteria 
  • That a clear win strategy for all appointed tenders are established and executed from very early stage.  
  • Ability in project management and driving efficient cross-functional bid-team collaboration including ensuring right team composition, task distribution and efficient bid-team communication 
  • Preparing and reviewing the commercial aspects of the bid, ensuring all services are included in the final price to the customer 
  • Accountable for the written proposal 
  • Relentless “can do” attitude and positive mindset 
  • Knowledge of Cegal overall strategy and execution of strategy by different Business Units Globally
