IT Engineer - Virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) - Citrix

To elevate our Application Operation department and help us deliver cutting-edge technology and shape the digital future for Oil and Gas, Renewables and Ocean Industries we are recruiting an IT Engineer.


As our IT Engineer you will be working with a variety of our solutions and technologies and be responsible for your expert area in our project deliveries.


 About the role: 

  • Operate and maintain existing VDI (Citrix) environments
  • Review and enhance established routines and best practices
  • Contribute to application operations for our VDI solutions
  • Automation of relevant work processes


Work experience from several areas within:

  • Citrix
  • Virtual Desktop Infrastructure
  • Microsoft Azure
  • MCS (Machine Creation Services)
  • Microsoft Windows OS technologies
  • Group Policy Management
  • Scripting (incl. Powershell)


Who you are: 

  • Reliable, responsible, and independent
  • Strong sense of ownership
  • Actively engaged in improvement activities
    Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
  • Education within one or more directions: Information Technology, Programming or similar.
    Extensive competence may compensate for formal education.
  • Relevant certifications
  • Master the English language, both written and oral
