Global Technical Sales Advisor

 
Our technical sales team fill a key strategic role - managing our global technical pre-sales processes, interpreting customers’ business needs, preparing technical proposals, and designing solutions that fully deliver on our clients demanding requirements. Collaborating closely with our talented bid teams, customer success managers and product department, the technical sales team provide the technical insights, industry expertise and business understanding that makes us stand out and helps our clients achieve digital success stories.

Your contributions:

  • Work with new and existing customers to present technical proposals, demonstrate value and identify commercial opportunities.
  • Conduct technical presentations and training sessions for clients, highlighting features and benefits of our services and products.
  • Stay updated on changing customer needs, industry trends, and our competitive landscape.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and technical questions.
  • Collaborate with sales management and bid teams to develop commercial strategies and promotional campaigns.
     

Who are you? 

We expect you have at least a few years’ experience working with cloud technology, storage, network or infrastructure, but most importantly, we want colleagues who share our genuine interest in Azure and cloud, enjoy client interactions, have a collaborative approach to sales development, and the curiosity and desire to grow with us.

 

To thrive in the technical sales team, we believe you’ll have:  

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills 
  • Confidence to engage with clients and partners  
  • Experience preparing technical designs and proposals 
  • Solid knowledge of Azure and cloud technologies 
  • Expertise within IT infrastructure or architecture preferred
  • General business understanding and ideally an established network within the Oil & Gas-sector
  • Relevant degree in technology or business
