
Accounts Director
We are looking for an experienced, self-driven sales and business development professional, with oil and gas domain experience and technical understanding of cloud platforms and infrastructure.
By combining your knowledge and experience with a data-driven and analytical approach, you can see the bigger picture and provide guidance and value-added advice.
You will be accountable for some of our most important energy sector customers, owning their customer journey with Cegal and support the development of long-term partnerships. To do this, you will drive growth and support their continued digitalization through insight and innovation, and by being a trusted advisor to stakeholder at all levels, including CxO's.

As our Accounts Director, you will be accountable for:
Lead strategic customer portfolios:
- Own and develop multi-year (1–3–5 year) account strategies and growth plans for a dedicated portfolio of global energy customers.
- Identify opportunities for up- and cross-selling.
- Be accountable for YoY growth targets across your portfolio.
Collaboration and knowledge sharing:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and proactively share knowledge and insights to create effective win and growth strategies.
- Drive the Customer Journey plan by working cross-functionally providing coherent, end-to-end value propositions to the Customers.
- Drive financial numbers and overall status for your portfolio.
- Relationship Management and leveraging of pre-existing customer contact networks.
Customer-centric approach:
- Efficiently land, expand and renew our products and services by acting as a strategic advisor and providing tangible business value.
- Involve relevant delivery teams early to secure quality, feasibility and a smooth handover to execution.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, linking Cegal’s solutions to their business priorities and outcomes.

Domain knowledge in energy sector:
- Have domain knowledge and contact network from oil and gas sector.
- Have solid understanding of cloud platform, consulting and managed service deliveries.
Commercial track record:
- Have international sales and customer management experience.
- Have a proven track record of driving opportunities into successful wins.
- Be able to see the bigger picture while keeping track of the details.
People and presentation skills:
- Have positive pAeople and collaboration skills.
- Be curious by nature and motivated by both learning and teaching
- Have good communication and storytelling abilities.
- Experience presenting to varied audiences, including CxOs.
