Financial Administrator

 

We are seeking a diligent and experienced Financial Administrator to join our team in Kuala Lumpur.

This position is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of financial and administrative tasks within our Malaysian operations.

 

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in finance, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
 

 

Your contributions:

 

As our Financial Administrator you will:

 

  • Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Monitor and report on cash flow and bank transactions.
  • Support the Finance Controller in producing accurate financial statements.
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation of all financial transactions for auditing purposes.
  • Assist in payroll processing and manage employee expense claims.
  • Assist in internal and external audits by providing the necessary documentation and financial data.
  • Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Liaise with external vendors, clients, and partners for financial matters.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations, ensuring compliance in financial activities.
  • Generate financial reports and analysis to support decision-making and financial planning.

 

 

Who you are?

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in finance and administrative roles.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and best practices in Malaysia.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with colleagues and external partners.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English & Malay.
  • Independent and capable of working with minimal supervision
