Technical Account Manager

We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to work in Larvik at our customer office. You will be both operational and a technical advisor having high focus on understanding the customer business and with good knowledge of major deliveries and changes being implemented by Cegal.


As a Technical Account Manager, you will also have an ongoing effort and responsibility to improve relevant product, services, and processes towards our customer(s).


Do you want a highly customer focused role where you serve as a key technical resource and work closely with several skilled Cegal resources?


Some of your work tasks and responsibilities can be:

  • Maintain a good and close dialogue with your customer and attend customer meetings to identify their challenges and opportunities.
  • Identify and drive improvement initiatives
  • Participate in the planning and implementation of new technology.
  • Operational involvement in a wide range of technology


Who you are? 

  • Relevant experience working closely with customers.
  • Solid IT competence and experience
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English on a proficent level
