Manager Talent Architecture & Capability Building

We are looking for a Manager, Talent Architecture & Capability Building to shape the next generation of Cegal’s talent capabilities.  This is not a traditional talent or HR role! It is a strategic impact role for someone who has seen what great talent systems look like in leading organizations and can implement them in a fast-growing technology company.  

 

 

The Mission 

Over the next few years, we aim to significantly strengthen our global talent capabilities.  This role will help build:

 

  • Real-time visibility of skills and capabilities across the organization 

  • The ability to deploy talent dynamically to the highest-impact opportunities 

  • A strong internal reskilling and upskilling engine 

  • Development pathways and architecture that enable people to grow as the company scales 

 

 

Success means making talent a true operating capability of the company, not an HR process. 

 

 

What you will do 

You will work closely with leadership to translate strategy into capability building. Your focus will be to: 

 

 

  • Build scalable approaches to capability development and reskilling 

  • Establish mechanisms for real-time talent deployment and internal mobility 

  • Strengthen Cegal’s ability to develop critical capabilities internally 

  • Harness AI and technology to automate data collection and visualization 

  • Bring modern talent practices from leading organizations and adapt them to Cegal’s context 

 

The emphasis is on implementation and impact, turning good ideas into great working systems. 

 

 

Who you are

You likely have a solid academic foundation and experience from a professional environment where talent is treated as a strategic asset. You may have worked in talent development, role architecture, capability building and deployment, or leadership development and are now ready to take ownership of a broader talent agenda. 

 

 

Typical backgrounds may include: 

  • Tier-1 technology companies (Microsoft, Google, Meta, etc.) 

  • Leading consulting firms  

  • Global companies known for strong talent cultures
