About the role 

As our Data Manager, you will: 

  • Work closely with our customers to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities. 
  • Be the customer's trusted advisor in the work with requirements specification, development and in ensuring the best possible utilization of the solution 
  • Collaborate with your colleagues or other consultants so that together we can find the best solution for the customer 
  • You have a minimum of 3+ years of experience working with master data management, data quality principles, data governance and you are familiar with a framework such as DAMA-DMBOK2 (dama.org) 
  • Together with us, contribute to shaping and building a leading environment in Norway within Data Management 


Who you are? 

  • You have a higher education within engineering, computer science or economics (experience can compensate for the lack of formal education) 
  • You have a minimum of 3+ years of experience working within Data Management and are well acquainted with both methodology and solutions to take care of this.  
  • You find it exciting to work with and around technologies from Microsoft and Oracle. 
  • You are passionate about data quality and developing our customers' data strategy and data governance  
  • You also have a good knowledge of the regulations that affect the handling of data such as GDPR and accounting legislation  
  • You are active in your field and always up to date on the latest trends and technologies 
  • You have good communication skills and can identify yourself with being a fuzz-fighter - communicating in a simple and effective way so that complex concepts are also understood by a non-technical audience 
  • You have excellent collaboration skills and are highly motivated to work in teams where you get energy from sharing your knowledge with others 
  • You are fluent in both Norwegian and English
