TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER

 

We are looking for our new Technical Project Manager to join our global technology powerhouse, specialized in energy and dedicated to enable a more sustainable future.  We are looking for a person with high execution ability, as well as think big - start small mentality. Are you an experienced technical project manager who sees a connection between the business needs to be solved, technology choices and scope? Then you are the right person to help build NextGen project practice in Cegal.

 

At Cegal, our project deliveries must be customer centric. We will support customers in projects with a high business impact and be the customer's preferred, advisory partner from need to implementation.

Who are you?
As a project manager in Cegal, you must be driven by the challenges that come with leading complex development and modernization projects. You must know the pitfalls and have enough experience to know how to manoeuvre around as well as having:

  • Ownership and responsibility for projects from concept to implementation
  • Establish and ensure quality project start-up
  • See the connection between the need to be solved, technology choice and estimate
  • Close dialogue and expectation management towards the customer
  • Understand customers' needs and follow these towards the end of delivery
  • Senior project manager who has run several complex IT projects, preferably development projects
  • Has good commercial flair and good at delivering the right value to both the customer and the project
  • Has a background as either a developer, architect or similar
  • Has good knowledge of project methodology and sees the whole from entering into an agreement to the end of the project
  • In addition to the above, we envisage that you have experience from consulting and preferably within the energy domains.

About the hiring process:
