Facility Administrator
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Facility Administrator to join our growing office in Oslo!
We are based in modern offices in the center of Oslo, with more than 150 desks spread across two floors. You will be an important and much appreciated colleague promoting an efficient and happy workplace.
Your focus will be to support the daily operations of the office and be a point of contact for the building's owner, office vendors, and all your Cegal colleagues.
You’ll be part of the larger Facility team in Norway, which in turn is part of the Shared Services department at Cegal.
Your main contributions will involve:
- Making sure our Oslo office is a welcoming and well-functioning place to work
- Keeping the day-to-day office operations running smoothly
- Being the go-to person for building owners, vendors, suppliers and colleagues
- Supporting practical tasks like access, seating, meeting rooms, storage, mail and deliveries
- Helping with onboarding/offboarding of employees and local HSE/ISO routines
- Spotting small improvements that make office life easier, better and more enjoyable
- Contributing to a positive, social and inclusive office environment
In short, you’ll help make our Oslo office a place where people enjoy coming to work, and where the practical things simply work.
The ideal candidate will have experience from administrative or coordinating roles, but your motivation for the role and personal attributes are just as important as formal qualifications.
We hope you are someone that finds joy in providing excellent customer (or colleague) service and proactively seek out ways to make a positive difference! We also appreciate good work ethics, structure, attention to detail, and passion for creating a social and inclusive work environment.
This position is a part-time position (0.5 FTE).
Why us?
In Cegal you will find an inclusive and social work environment, where you area seen, heard, and appreciated. We also believe our diversity develops a creative and innovative working environment. You will be part of a company with competent and committed colleagues who are Super Skilled in their fields. At the end of day, we all share the same goal - solving problems and leaving things a bit better than we found them. We call that being fuss fighters.
We recognize that work is about more than just competitive salary and career progression, although we offer that too. It's also about connecting people, building relationships, and creating purpose. We believe that this is exactly what happens in Cegal, and the reason for that is a mix of:
- Exciting and challenging tasks
