Head of Business Planning & Analysis

As part of Cegal’s ambitious growth journey, we are searching for a Head of Business Planning and Analysis.
In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for driving long-term revenue and business planning, forecasting, and budgeting across the Cegal Group. You will lead revenue and margin analyses, develop forward-looking financial models and scenarios to support strategic decision-making, and deliver impactful financial presentations to key stakeholders, including Group Management, the Board of Directors, and investors. This is a unique opportunity to shape the financial direction of a fast-growing, international technology company.
The role reports directly to the CFO and offers strong exposure to the CEO, Chief Commercial Officer, M&A board, Board of Directors, and investors.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Financial Planning
- Drive long-term revenue and business planning to support Cegal Group’s strategic goals
- Lead group-wide budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with corporate objectives
Financial Analysis & Insights
- Conduct detailed revenue, margin, and profitability analyses across business units
- Develop forward-looking financial models and scenario analyses to guide strategic decision-making
- Identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities through financial data insights
M&A and Strategic Projects
- Contribute to M&A activities, including financial due diligence, valuation modeling, and integration planning
- Support business cases and investment decisions through robust analysis and modeling
Stakeholder Communication
- Prepare and deliver high-quality financial presentations for Group Management, the Board of Directors, and investors
- Communicate complex financial information in a clear, concise, and actionable way for both financial and non-financial audiences
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in finance, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience from Private Equity, Investment Banking or Business Intelligence
- Analytical mindset combined with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools
- Excellent Finance understanding
- Experience from M&A activities
- Understanding and interest of the technology sector
- A team player with ambitions
