Department Manager - Emerging Data Consultants

Now, we are looking for a Department Manager to lead and further grow our Emerging Data Consultants department, both in size and market impact.

As our Department Manager you will lead a growing team working with emerging technologies, specializing in the Energy sector. There will be professionals working with Data Science, Digital Twins, RPA, etc. Delivering world-class consulting, we are shaping the digital future. Join us!

 

About the role
As a Department Manager in Cegal, you will get the opportunity to:

  • Lead a team of talented consultants and be part of the Professional Units management team
  • Ensure the strategic direction of the department, aligning with the business strategy and contributing to achieving the overall business goals
  • Contribute to sales processes and be actively engaged in customer collaboration to secure high-quality deliveries and to identify challenges and opportunities
  • Ensure that all consultants have a clear career development plan and drive employee satisfaction in the team
  • Grow the team through talent acquisition, owning recruitment processes and ensuring utilization of consultants

 

 

Who you are?

 

  • You are a relationship-oriented and transparent manager who leads by example, encouraging initiative, listening, and focusing on strengths
  • You are an experienced team leader who is ready to lead a multinational and multicultural team, working across the matrix organization
  • You have experience with developing and coaching employees, supporting employees’ goal achievement, and driving employee engagement and satisfaction
  • You have experience with management of sales processes, creating and executing growth plans and delivering consulting services
  • If we’re lucky, you also have experience from IT management in a consulting environment

About the hiring process:
