Your contributions:

As our Sr. IT Engineer, you will:

 

  • 3rd line “Operation” Windows OS and applications
  • 3rd line Operating and maintaining Citrix Environment
  • Reviewing and enhancing established routines and best practices
  • Automating relevant work processes
  • Manage tickets in our ticket system

 

 

Who you are?

To thrive in this role we believe you share our passion for technology and interest in learning, and that you have work experience from one or several areas within:

 

  • Managing Microsoft Windows OS -server and client
  • Managing Citrix Environments and applications
  • Intune
  • M365
  • Defender for Endpoint
  • PowerShell

 

Who you are:

  • You are an IT technician with good all-round skills  
  • You have minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience
  • You are a team player with excellent cooperative capabilities
  • You are commercially driven and actively engage in improvement activities
