Business Consultants - Application Management
We are looking for a new Business Consultant – Application Management to join our global technology powerhouse, specialized in energy and dedicated to enable a more sustainable future.

Then you are the right person to help expand Application Management Service in Cegal.

As part of our AM team, you will:
- Be responsible for Application Lifecycle Management for selected customer(s)
- Manage and govern application documentation
- Facilitate application testing and coordinate application upgrades
- Collaborate closely with Application Vendor, key user at customer site and technical personnel.
- Ensure application support/assistance is provided by Vendors or internal Cegal
- Ensure timely license and certificate handling
- Be a part of efficient change and release management
- Identify improvements to our service and be part of implementing improvements
Who are you?
- You have excellent communication and documentation skills (both in English and in Norwegian min. B2)
- You are genuinely concerned with bringing value to customer
- Structured and organized
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Willingness to learn
What are your hard skills (must have)?
- Bachelor or master’s degree within Information Technology (long experience may compensate for lack of formal education)
- Extensive knowledge in IT, understand application requirements and dependencies
Other skills that would be relevant?
- Relevant IT work experience in the oil & gas industry
- ITIL, scrum certifications
- Knowledge of various application license technology such as FlexLM
- Experience working with PowerBi
- Project experience
- Workflow within the Subsurface applications
