As Customer Journeys Owner you will be responsible for designing, managing and driving your portfolio of Customer Journeys according to Cegal’s overall strategy. With a clear focus on accelerating growth through up- and cross-selling you will ensure that Cegal continuously presents and delivers clear and tangible business value for each customer. 

 

We are looking for an experienced, self-driven sales and business development professional who is market oriented and possesses a data-driven and analytical skillset. By combining these you can see the bigger picture and provide guidance and advice leading to new wins.

You will be part of a greater sales and commercial team and act as an important part of Cegal’s winning strategy.

 

 

As our Customer Journey Owner you will be accountable for:

 

Strategic pipeline management:

  • Manage and drive a global pipeline (1-3-5 years perspective) with YoY target increase for a dedicated list of customers.
     

Collaboration and knowledge sharing:

  • Close collaboration with the BD & Tender team to push and pull knowledge and insight into dedicated win strategies and Customer Journeys.
  • Alignment of initiatives to ensure ONE Cegal towards a dedicated list of Customers.
  • Present, explain and align financial Customer Journey numbers and overall portfolio status for a dedicated list of strategic accounts.

 

Customer-centric approach:

  • Efficiently land, adopt, expand and renew our products and services by acting as a strategic advisor and providing tangible business value.
  • Enable early involvement from relevant delivery teams to ensure all new workload is properly planned for.          
  • Foster a client mindset and encourage actions leading to closing of new contracts with added business value as the key driver​.

 

 

Who you are?

 

You are proactive and innovative with a strong commercial mindset. You have the ability to understand and evaluate our customers' needs as well as to foster innovative solutions by driving collaborative discussions and actions across entire Cegal. To thrive and succeed in this role you should also:


Domain knowledge in energy sector:

  • Have domain knowledge from the energy sector (oil & gas, renewables)
  • Have experience from both cloud technology and consulting organizations

 

Proven track record:

  • Have international sales and customer management experience​.
  • Have a proven track record related to driving opportunities into successful wins.
  • Be market-oriented with a data-driven and analytical skillset to see the bigger picture and provide guidance.


Strong people and presentation skills:

  • Have positive people & collaboration skills.
  • Be curious by nature and motivated by both learning and teaching
  • Have strong presentations skills and storytelling abilities. Speak both fluently Norwegian and English. 
  • Define and present plans to CxOs and board level executives, both internally and with customers.
