Your Place in the Organisation

You will take overall responsibility and ownership for financial management globally across the entire Cloud & Services organisation, working closely with another Finance Business Partner.

Reporting to the Director of Group Finance, you will be an integral member of both the business unit’s leadership team and the Finance leadership team, ensuring financial insight drives strategic decisions and business performance.

• Planning, forecasting & reporting: You lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes for global Cloud & Services, ensuring accurate, timely, and actionable information for decision-making.
• Commercial & curious mindset: You bring a strong commercial mindset and natural curiosity. You challenge assumptions and identify opportunities others may not see.
• Enabling smarter decisions: You help leaders make informed choices and take bold, well-founded steps - your analyses and perspectives make strategy clear, actionable, and effective.
• Improving performance & efficiency: You ensure the organisation runs efficiently, streamlining processes, simplifying operations, and maximising results globally.
• Fostering trust & collaboration: As the overall responsible FBP, you guide priorities and decisions to provide reliable, consistent support. Your relationships across teams create alignment, transparency, and shared goals.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in financial management, reporting, and financial analysis.
• Passionate about technology in finance, highly skilled in Excel and Power BI, and curious about AI - eager to explore and apply cutting-edge tools to drive insight and impact.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Strategic and commercial understanding - you see the big picture and connect finance to business.
• Solution-oriented, with the ability to make sound decisions in a changing environment.
• Excellent command of both Norwegian and English.
