IT Engineer


Our Customer Experience team delivers third line support to our customers. We focus on delivering reliable, efficient, and high-quality solutions and services, customized to each customer’s individual needs and demands.  


As our new IT Engineer – Dispatch & Escalation, you will be responsible for Dispatch and Escalation for tickets from Cegal Customers. Our goal is to ensure accurate and prompt dispatching and escalation of tickets. This includes quality checks of tickets prior to escalation as well as dealing with high priority tickets.

In addition, you will be recommending process improvements based on your observations.

We believe that our new IT Engineer, identify with the following qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with ticket handling, preferably within ITIL best practices
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Higher education in IT, software engineering or computer science. Relevant experience may compensate for lack of formal credentials.
