IT Engineer - Microsoft 365

Work tasks and responsibilities:

  • Microsoft 365 – including Office 365, Enterprise Mobility & Security and Windows 10 Tenant administration & subscription
  • Azure AD Plans
  • Office 365 Advanced Threat Protection
  • Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams
  • Prepare Governance and have a solid understanding of Security and Compliance
  • Experience with automation scripting and PowerShell (preferably DevOps experience), and/or Microsoft Graph & Infrastructure As Code
  • General operational experience

  • Fluent English and Norwegian, both written and oral (for location Aberdeen Norwegian is not required).

Who we are?

Customer Delivery is responsible for delivering all projects and deliveries for all our existing customers. We are about 30 employees in the department, working together to deliver various services for our customers. Some might be standardized products, and some tailored to the customer’s specific need. We are a multi-discipline team, able to deliver all parts of our deliveries. Working together with us, you´ll have backing within your own discipline, as well as you will work with other disciplines collectively delivering a project.

 

A typical workday you would be part of delivering for your discipline in 1-3 bigger projects, coordinated by a project manager. In between bigger projects, and with available time you would work on smaller deliveries, facilitated through an Agile Kanban. The tasks assigned to you will be broad and varied, at the same time as there will be work that´s well known in our standard deliveries.
