IT Engineer – PC Preparation and 3rd line support  


Our Customer Experience team delivers third line support to our customers. We focus on delivering reliable, efficient, and high-quality solutions and services, customized to each customer’s individual needs and demands.  As our new IT Engineer, you will be responsible for preparing hardware before it gets delivered to various customers. This includes setting up hardware, installing and configure software and drivers.


In addition, you will remotely be handling 3rd level tickets escalated from our Service Desk and more while continuously identifying and recommending process improvement. Our goal is to deliver stable operations to our customers, and you will take on a variety of tasks ranging from general requests, incident handling, change requests and events.

  • We believe that our new IT Engineer, identify with the following qualifications: 
  • Hands-on experience with PC Preparation and minimum one of the following: Microsoft O365, SCCM, Citrix, User Access Management (UAM), Azure.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Higher education in IT, software engineering or computer science. Relevant experience may compensate for lacking formal qualifications.
