IT Engineer - Renewables

As our new IT Engineer you’ll be focusing on Microsoft OS support, providing 3rd line operations, and collaborating with the rest of the team to find the best solutions to each customer. You will primarily focus on clients within the power and utility sector, including renewable energy producers.

How you will contribute:
- 3rd line “Operation” for our customers on Windows OS
- Review and improve established routines and best practices
- Identify ways to automating relevant work processes
- Contribute to efficient ticket solving in Service Now
- Providing World class service
Who are you?
You are an IT technician with good all-round skills and experience within:
- Microsoft Windows OS technologies
- Group Policy Management
- Citrix environments
Experience from the power and electric utility sector is a plus, including:
- Technical understanding of renewable energy business and digitalization
- Insight into and experience from renewable asset and application management
As a person you are:
- Reliable, responsible and independent
- Takes pride in delivering to a high standard
- Team player with good collaborative abilities
- Actively engage in improvement activities
- Fluent in Norwegian
