We are now looking for a ServiceNow Enterprise Architect to join our internal Digitalization Office - a central function responsible for Cegal’s global business systems and transformation initiatives.
As our new ServiceNow Enterprise Architect, you will be a key driver in building and evolving the foundation for how we manage and scale IT and business operations globally. You’ll work at the intersection of enterprise architecture, governance, and business process optimization—ensuring our ServiceNow platform supports a more efficient, secure, and agile Cegal.
About the role
You will be part of a multidisciplinary team in the Digitalization Office, working across functions and countries to develop, maintain, and future-proof our ServiceNow platform and connected systems.
Your main mission is to architect and govern ServiceNow as a strategic enabler—supporting digital workflows across departments such as HR, Finance, IT, and Operations.
Your contributions:
As our Lead Business System Enterprise Architect Service Now, you will:
- Own and evolve the overall ServiceNow enterprise architecture within Cegal’s internal ecosystem.
- Translate business needs into scalable, secure, and future-proof solutions using ServiceNow modules and capabilities.
- Work closely with stakeholders to capture requirements and drive standardization of workflows across the business.
- Lead configuration and implementation projects—coordinating both internal and external resources.
- Ensure integrations with other platforms follow enterprise architectural and security standards.
- Develop and maintain enterprise architectural documentation, roadmaps, and governance practices
- Stay current on ServiceNow product updates and drive adoption of relevant innovations
Who you are?
To thrive in this role we believe you share our passion for technology and interest in learning, and that you probably have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise architecture or platform ownership—preferably with ServiceNow.
- Deep understanding of platform enterprise architecture, workflows, integrations, and governance.
- Proven experience in leading complex, cross-functional projects.
- Background in modernization and integration projects involving systems such as:

- SAP SuccessFactors
- Visma Business NXT
- Strong analytical mindset and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management, and ability to influence without authority.
- Comfortable working across global teams, cultures, and business domains.
You are structured, strategic, and hands-on. With in-deep ServiceNow expertise and enterprise architectural insight, you see technology as a business enabler and thrive on driving real transformation.
