As the Customer Support Manager, you will lead and manage a dedicated team of talented Customer Support professionals.

Your contributions:

 

As our Manager Customer Support, you will be accountable for:

 

  • Supporting and guiding the Customer Support team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.

 

  • Managing daily operations to ensure timely, high-quality customer support

 

  • Developing and implementing strategies that improve service delivery, strengthen team workflows, and build long-term customer trust.

 

  • Monitoring performance metrics and using insights to support team learning and continuous improvement.

 

  • Handling escalated customer issues with empathy and urgency.

 

  • Collaborating across departments to provide a seamless and unified customer journey.

 

  • Providing training, mentoring, and development opportunities to help team members reach their full potential and embody our customer-centric mindset.

 

 

Who you are?

 

To thrive in this role we believe you share our passion for technology and interest in learning, and that you probably have:

 

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Strong people development skills and a genuine interest in developing people and helping others grow
  • Resilience and can-do mindset
  • Strong communications skills both in Norwegian and English
  • Technical understanding of ServiceNow
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes

 

 

Required previous experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT and/or leadership-related subjects
  • 7–10 years of experience within the IT industry
  • 4–5 years of leadership experience
  • Experience from global organizations is a plus
