We’re looking for a Managing Business Intelligence Consultant for our Stavanger head office. Here you will join a growing team of talented analytics and insight consultants. You will support clients in the Energy sector on their journey to become more data driven by providing deep industry experience and technical expertise.
Being a managing consultant means you’ll take on leading roles in varied customer assignments where you get to utilize the whole range of our experience to solve meaningful challenges. Your main tasks will be to support our clients, contribute to business development, and fostering an inclusive, collaborative and social company culture.

As our Managing BI Consultant, you will:
- Take a leading role in client projects and deliveries within BI and Data warehouse development
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive BI solutions that align with client goals and deliver real, measurable results.
- Conduct data analysis, modelling and visualization, creating compelling reports and dashboards helping our customers become data driven.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in BI technologies, applying best practices to ensure continuous improvement.
- Be a positive role model that takes an active part in knowledge sharing, mentoring and supporting a collaborative and inclusive working environment
Who are you?
We hope you will share our passion for data and the technologies that let it flow, be stored, visualized and utilized. We take pride in the work we deliver for our clients, and love to discuss new technologies, best practices and innovative approaches. The be the perfect fit you can probably check off most of the following:
- 10-15 years’ experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field, ideally as a consultant.
- Advanced knowledge of BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, OAC, OAS, OBIEE, Grafana, Databricks) and data modeling techniques, ideally with relevant certifications.
- Experience as BI or data warehouse architect.
- Proven track record of supporting successful project deliveries.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to confidently present complex material to varied audiences with confidence.
- Team player who establishes good professional relationships, both internally and externally
- MSc in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science or a related field.
- Fully fluent in Norwegian (minimum B2) and English
