Your contributions:

As our Monitoring and Operations Specialist, you will:

• Contributing to the design of future monitoring for cross-platforms solutions. 

• Participating in roadmap development to align monitoring strategies with business needs. 

• Operate and maintain existing environments through Lifecycle Management 

• Taking overall ownership of monitoring as a critical function. 

This role is critical to ensure resilient, scalable, and future-proof monitoring across our IT landscape. 

Who you are?

The ideal candidate for this role should be reliable, responsible, and independent, with a strong sense of ownership and active engagement in improvement activities.

To thrive in this role we believe you share our passion for technology and interest in learning, and that you probably have:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and education in Information Technology, Programming, or a similar field.
• Hold relevant certifications from Microsoft, VMware, or other relevant organizations.
• Be proficient in both written and oral Norwegian and English.

In addition, the ideal candidate should have experience in various areas, including:
 

• Windows Server Monitoring
• Hypervisor Management
• Cloud-based services
• Database Monitoring
• Security Monitoring
• Network and hardware monitoring
• Scripting and development 
• Tools like SCOM, Zabbix, Azure Monitor, SolarWinds
