As a Senior Business Consultant, you will work in agile teams to conduct process mapping, identify opportunities and challenges, and conduct change-management that delivers real and lasting value for our clients. You will act as a trusted advisor - by actively listening and understanding our customers’ needs and opportunities, you contribute to increase their value creation.

Your contributions:

As our Senior Business Consultant, you will:

• Analyze customer needs and recommend relevant products.
• Identify and document shortcomings, challenges and opportunities in close collaboration with the product owner.

• Take overall responsibility for developing delivery plans and ensuring successful end-to-end project delivery 

Who you are?

To thrive in this role we believe you share our passion for technology and interest in learning, and that you probably have:

• Hold a relevant master’s or bachelor’s degree
• Have experience in a similar role
• Are fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Bring extensive experience within Hydrocarbon Accounting (min. 5 years)
• Can translate technical knowledge into clear insights for customers
• Have experience delivering projects from analysis to implementation
• Are skilled at analyzing customer needs and recommending relevant solutions
• Build strong client relationships and communicate complex information clearly
• Stay up to date with industry trends
• Act as a trusted senior advisor and SME in projects
