Now we are looking for a Senior Business System Architect to join our internal Digitalization Office.
Cegal delivers leading industry software, world-class consulting, and mission critical cloud solutions. As a Senior Business System Architect you will be an important contributor to our success by being responsible for the Enterprise Architecture supporting Cegals global internal business systems.
We are looking for a versatile technical architect eager to learn and adapt to a constantly changing technology landscape where your main customer is Cegal itself. Are you who we are looking for?
About the role
- Part of multi-discipline team being in forefront of Cegals Digitalization
- Conduct research and analysis to understand the current state of our internal systems and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement new internal business system architecture that addresses the needs of all departments and aligns with our overall business strategy
- Work with department heads and other stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that the new architecture meets their needs
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of new global and local business systems and processes that support the new architecture
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the new architecture and adjust as necessary
Who you are?
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a medium to large organization
- Strong understanding of business system architecture and design principles
- Experience with a variety of business system platforms
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
