You will join the team delivering data warehouse and BI governance solutions as a service. We work with a wide range of customers with varied tech-stacks. We are technology agnostic and work with all data warehouse technologies, both in the on-prem and cloud domains. We see an emphasis on Oracle and Microsoft solutions within our customer base. A key differentiator enabling our success, is our ability and focus on understanding our customers commercial needs, and how our solutions will provide real business value.
As Senior Data Warehouse Developer / Architect you’ll be an important contributor within the team and help us further strengthen our position as a leading data warehouse environment in Norway. You will work closely with our customers and take the lead on new deliveries - from requirements specification to development and management.

You will be responsible for
- Lead the development of data warehouses, reports and dashboards
- Work with customers to understand their needs and be their trusted advisor in the defining, developing and maintaining new data warehouse solutions
- Collaborate with and support your colleagues to ensure we succeed as a team and provide unrivalled value for our customers
- Contribute to shaping and building the leading data warehouse environment in Norway
Who you are?
We hope you’re an enthusiastic developer who share our interest in learning and knowledge-sharing and find joy in solving difficult technical challenges. In terms of expertise and skills, we expect you probably have:
- You have a higher education within IT/engineering or computer science (experience can compensate for the lack of formal education)
- A good commercial understanding and the ability to see clients’ business needs and challenges
- Great collaborative skills and the ability to build good relationship around you
- You have at least five years of experience working within data warehouse architecture and development
- You take an active interest in the field and stay updated on data warehouse methodology and data quality principles
- You understand how to safeguard security and privacy (GDPR / ISO27001)
- You have experience with some of the following: ETL / ELT tools, Power BI, DAX, PowerShell, Xpert BI, SQL
- Fully fluent in both Norwegian and English
