Sr. IT Engineer – Windows

Our new Sr. IT Engineer will elevate our Application Operations team and help us deliver cutting-edge technology, while shaping the digital future of our clients.

Work tasks and responsibilities:

 

  • Contribute to 3rd line “Operation” for our customers on Windows OS
  • Reviewing and enhancing established routines and best practices
  • Automating relevant work processes
  • Application Operation
  • Contributing to solving tickets in Service Now

 

 

Work experience from one or several areas within:

 

  • Microsoft Windows OS technologies
  • Active Directory including Azure AD
  • Group Policy Management
  • Scripting (incl. Powershell)
  • O365 - Overall medium knowledge of O365
  • Applications - Experience in troubleshooting applications with users and vendors.
  • SQL - Basic to average knowledge about MS SQL.
  • PKI Certification handling
  • Linux/Unix OS technologies
  • Monitoring (SCOM, Solarwinds)

 

 

Who you are:

 

  • You are an IT technician with good all-round skills. 
  • You have minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience.
  • You are a team player with excellent cooperative capabilities.
  • You speak and write fluently in Norwegian.
  • You are reliable, responsible, and independent.
  • You possess a strong sense of ownership
  • You actively engage in improvement activities.
