We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Senior Project Manager to join our EnergyX Service Deliveries team. You will lead selected customer projects, coordinate delivery across internal teams, and build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. 

As EnergyX continues to grow, you will help ensure that customer commitments are delivered according to agreed scope, timelines and commercial expectations, while identifying risks and resolving challenges early. This is an opportunity to play an important role in that growth while working with technology and services that support critical operations in the energy industry. 

Your responsibilities 

As our Senior Project Manager, you will: 

• Manage selected customer projects from planning through delivery. 

• Coordinate activities, resources, dependencies and priorities across project teams. 

• Monitor project progress, financial performance and delivery risks. 

• Monitor and follow up on project budgets, costs, revenue and financial forecasts, ensuring budget compliance and proactively addressing deviations. 

• Build trusted customer relationships and maintain clear, structured communication with internal and external stakeholders. 

• Coordinate customer deliveries, including Managed Services activities where relevant. 

• Follow up contracts, master agreements, purchase orders and other commercial aspects of delivery. 

• Manage operational escalations and drive issues through to resolution. 

• Depending on team needs, take on people-management responsibilities such as resource coordination, employee follow-up and growth dialogues.

Your experience and qualifications 

We are looking for someone with: 

• Experience in project management, customer management or service delivery, including coordinating resources, risks and dependencies. 

• Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills. 

• Commercial awareness and experience following up contracts and purchase orders. 

• A relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent professional experience. 

Additional experience that would be beneficial: 

• Familiarity with PRINCE2 or similar project management methodologies 

• Experience using project management tools for planning, resource allocation, progress tracking and budget follow-up. 

Knowledge of the energy or oil and gas industry is a must. Experience with hydrocarbon accounting is valuable but not required.
