Service Delivery Manager

Cegal is expanding rapidly, aiming to become a global technology leader in the energy sector - and a key player in the green transition. As part of this journey, we’re looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our Service Delivery team.
In this role you’ll be responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of services delivered to our clients. You’ll work closely with customers, internal teams, and leadership to maintain strong relationships, drive continuous improvement, and ensure services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
You’ll also play a key role in identifying opportunities to grow our partnerships —whether that’s through upselling, tailoring solutions to evolving needs, or simply being a trusted advisor who understands the client’s business and how our technology can support it.
We’re looking for someone who brings solid experience in service delivery, within Cloud or IT environments. You should be comfortable navigating complex service landscapes, managing expectations, and driving results.
Who are you?
You’re a proactive, customer-focused professional with a strong track record in service delivery. You know how to build trust, solve problems, and keep things running smoothly. You’re curious, adaptable, and always looking for ways to improve.
To succeed in this position, we believe that you have the ability to converse with technical teams, understand service impact and translate between business and IT, while having the confidence to challenge on choices enabling us to sit at the steering wheel together with the key stakeholder on the customer side.
Your background?
To thrive in this role, we believe you share our passion for technology and interest in learning, and that you probably have:
- Higher education at Bachelor or Master level
- A good understanding of technology related to IT services and IT operations
- Min. 3-5 years experience from a similar service delivery role
- Domain knowledge within the energy-sector (Oil and Gas, Renewables)
- Are structured and process-oriented
- Good communication and collaboration skills (internally and with clients)
- Fluent in English & Norwegian (min. B2)
