Your contributions:


As our Service Desk Engineer, you will:


  • Manage service requests, incident, and problem tickets through our Service Management System in compliance with process framework.
  • Contribute to Knowledge Base and keep information accurate, valid, and sufficient.
  • Active communication with internal and external customers.
  • Escalate any potential service issues or outages to minimize the impact on the customer.
  • Actively connect with users over multiple communication platforms.

We believe that our new Service Desk Engineer has the following qualifications: 

  • Some working experience in a Customer Support or Desktop Environment, but this is not a requirement.
  • Keen trouble-shooter/problem solver.
  • Capability to accurately record information.


Beneficial, but not essential:


  • Knowledge of and experience with ITIL processes.
  • The ideal candidate will have familiarization with the following: Microsoft Azure, Azure Active Directory, SAP, Office 365, Cloud services, Windows 10/11, VDI, Exchange, TCP / IP, WIFI / WLAN and Active Directory
