Test Manager

At Delivery’s PMO department, we’re looking for a Test Manager who will take the lead in ensuring our solutions meet the highest standard, every step of the way. Using globally recognized methodology your work will directly contribute to building trust, reducing risk and delivering value to our customers.
Your contributions
As our Test Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing the testing phase in our customer projects.
You will:
- Lead the test phase using Azure DevOps as test management tool ensuring quality throughout the hole project lifecycle.
- Manage testing across four key dimensions: time, cost, risk, and results.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, customers, end users, technicians, and third parties to ensure a structured and transparent testing phase.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Ensure that all test criteria, reference data, and application functionality align with end-user expectations.
- Identify and communicate risks, delays or dependencies that may impact the test timeline or GoLive readiness.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by applying best practices and lessons learned across projects.
- While your main focus will be application testing, you will also support testing of services, processes and procedures.
Who you are?
To thrive in this role we believe you share our passion for technology and interest in learning, and that you probably have:
- A background in IT, preferably with experience in structured testing methodologies such as TMap®, ISTQB, or similar.
- Experience coordinating or leading testing activities in IT projects
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical teams and the customer’s end user.
- A proactive mindset with a structured approach to planning, documentation, and follow-up.
- An interest in improving processes and contributing to best practices in testing and quality assurance. Experience or interest in test automation is highly valued, but not essential.
- Fluent in Norwegian (min. C1) and English.
