We are establishing an office in Kristiansand to work closer with our energy customers in the region.  As our Technical Project Manager, you will be amongst the first employees in the team and will get a unique opportunity to shape and contribute to the success of the new location. You will get to lead complex and challenging project deliveries in collaboration with our customers, foster lasting relationships with our clients in the region, and help define the culture of our new office.

Who are you?
We are looking for an enthusiastic project manager with a heart for renewable energy and a think big - start small mentality.  You enjoy the challenges that comes with leading development and modernization projects. You know about the potential pitfalls in project deliveries and how to avoid them and have the experience to handle the unforeseen. To enjoy and thrive in the role you:

  • Take ownership and responsibility for projects from concept to implementation
  • See the connection between the needs to be solved, technology choice and estimate
  • Have experience delivering IT projects, preferably within the energy domain
  • Have good knowledge of project methodologies and know how to apply them
  • You enjoy collaborating with people from different disciplines and to share your knowledge and learn from others
  • Are fully fluent in Norwegian and English
